PROJECT PLANNING
Rectitude Construction provides project planning and pre-construction services. We also help evaluate project requirements and site conditions.
We work with licensed professionals to coordinate preparation of preliminary plans including site plans, floor plans and building elevations. After the client has reviewed the preliminary plans, we coordinate adjustments based on client feedback. This process allows our team to better understand the client's needs and preferences.
After all project specifications are determined and approved, Rectitude provides the estimated cost and construction schedule. Following customer approval, Rectitude and the design team provide final drawings and a construction agreement. We then coordinate all permit approvals and construction through project completion.
